Field Network Technician: (2 years of direct experience with working with Cisco Routers and Switches, an understanding of network circuits and direct hands-on experience connecting to and adding configuration files to Cisco network equipment). The resource must have the ability to clearly communicate.
Ability to comprehend industry standard network connectivity, navigation, and software installation
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs without any restrictions
Excellent customer service skills to interact with site Management and ICC as well as Leadership and patience
Must be very flexible hours and have no restrictions when it comes to time onsite.
Most of the time during early hours Exp: Start time 6.am to 6pm.
Compensation- stating -25.00 hr
Estimated time onsite per person per site: 4-6 Hours but anyone working must stay until their site has been completed.
Deliverables: A step by step script along with deliverables will be provided by Insight to each individual consultant provided by Cal Techs Services.
Weekly Time Reporting: Insight will be responsible for providing Cal Techs Services full-time reporting for the prior week no later than Saturday’s at 9PM PST
Time Approvals: Once the time is uploaded by Cal Techs Services, Comcast will need to approve the time no later than each Tuesday at 9AM EST.
Time Disputes: Time disputes or billing questions must be addressed within 48 hours of site completion. A mutual agreement will be put in writing by both Cal Techs Services and Comcast if there is any questions about actual time worked
All Technicians must have all tools available at all times no acceptations, when you go to site if you don’t have the required tool will not get paid for the visit.
